Form dwarf walls or piers to support GRC floor panels |

Place GRC filter panels into position |

Level with laser to within 3mm using stainless steel shims. Seal panel joints with mastic or grout. |

Tie reinforcing steels onto starter bars to form a total structure with the base floor |

Remove small bush protection caps and screw in polypropylene filter sleeves |

Snap in disposable sealing caps to protect filter sleeve threads against the ingress of concrete |

7 |
Pour and vibrate concrete until level with plastic caps |
8 |
Remove protective plastic caps and screw in filter nozzles. Level to 2mm using plastic or stainless steel shims |

|
9 |
Carry out air distribution test
|
